- This form is a Security Request only. Please call 1300 026 773 for confirmation of your booking.
- Guards will not be supplied if this form is not completed and returned prior to engagement.
- A minimum charge of four (4) hours will apply. We request that the 4 hr minimum be paid in advance prior to engagement. For credit card payments or to request bank account details for direct deposits please call 1300 026 773
- Cancellation. In the event that the Security requested above is no longer required and is to be cancelled, the signatory, or representative of the signatory to this form, must provide at least two (2) hours’ notice of such cancellation by telephoning Corsec Services Operations. Initially on 0433 089 447 or on 1300 026 773
- Failure to advise of cancellation will incur a four (4) hour charge relevant to the statutory Award minimum four (4) hour wages payable to the Security Officer involved.
- The authorizing signatory accepts responsibility for payment of all invoices relevant to these requested works.
- The balance of accounts not paid within seven (7) days of invoice date will incur a 2.5% charge.
