Our Health and Wellbeing Commitment to our employees and your families

At Corsec Services, our people’s health and well-being are our top priorities.

Consequently, we are delighted to introduce our new Mental Health and Wellbeing Program, which Assure Programs delivers.

This benefit is available to all employees and your immediate family members and is provided to you at no cost.

Immediate family members include:

  • Spouse or partner (including a partner of the same sex, former spouse, or de facto spouse)
  • Child over 13 years of age (including adopted child, stepchild, foster child or ex-nuptial child)
  • Parent (including a foster parent or a legal guardian) or Sibling
  • Someone living under your roof

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Program is a workplace benefit; however, Assure Programs provides all services independently and confidentially.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Program is not just for work issues. We know that relationship challenges, parenting concerns, stress, family, health, and other personal issues often impact us more than workplace issues.

The main features of the program include:

  • Confidential coaching and counselling providing short-term, practical assistance for any personal, family or work issue.
  • Guidance on financial issues and access to referrals for legal advice and nutritional support
  • Manager Support Program
  • Appointments are available via phone, video, chat, and face-to-face
  • Wellbeing Gateway, your mental health and wellbeing app, available on the Apple Store and Google Play.

Assure is an external team of highly skilled and experienced allied health specialists who provide support and coaching across a wide range of work, health, family, and life issues.
Who can use the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program?
All employees, your immediate family members and those who live under your roof. Services are also available to assist our people leaders in supporting their teams.
Who would I be seeing?
The Assure team are highly skilled and experienced allied health specialists who provide short-term, practical support to assist you in managing a wide range of issues.
What can I access the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program for?
Any personal concern or workplace issue. Whatever the challenge, we provide short-term, practical, solution-focused support. Common reasons for accessing support include relationship issues, parenting support, mental health management, nutrition, health and stress management.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Your access and all discussions with Assure remain totally private and confidential. We receive quarterly reports from Assure that provide an overview of service uptake across the company only. No personal or identifying information is provided in the reports or anywhere else, and no one will know that you have accessed the program (unless you give your consent).
How do I access the services?

What can I expect from Assure?

You can expect quality, confidential service delivered by experienced specialists who will assist you in navigating your work, health, and life journey.

When you contact 1800 808 374 (AU) or 0800 808 374 (NZ), Assure will ask you a few questions to ensure you receive the appropriate level of support. Immediate telephone support is available for urgent matters 24/7, 365 days a year.

Assure’s Client Support Team will schedule a convenient appointment for non-urgent sessions, or you may prefer to access resources or Chat via the Wellbeing Gateway app.

What is Wellbeing Gateway?
Wellbeing Gateway is your mental health and wellbeing companion. It is an app that gives you access to a diverse range of topics and formats to guide your work, health, and life journey. You can have a confidential conversation with one of our specialists using in-app messaging or engage with one of our educational programs.
